Travis Dudley

Keynote Speaker & General Manager and Microsoft Partner for Datacenter Builds

Travis is the General Manager and Microsoft Partner for Datacenter Builds. In this role he has responsibility for the execution of data centers in Wisconsin. He joined Microsoft in mid 2023 from the EPC contractor community bringing a demonstrated history of delivering large scale critical infrastructure projects.

He is a proven leader adapting to a diverse portfolio of projects from fossil & nuclear power generation to oil, gas and chemicals.

He has a demonstrated ability to build teams, while establishing both goals and a healthy challenging culture.

Representative Dora E. Drake

Wisconsin State Assembly Representative

State Representative Dora Drake was elected in the November 2020 election and entered office this past January. She represents the 11th Assembly District in Wisconsin which includes parts of Milwaukee and Glendale, WI.

She was born and raised in the Graceland neighborhood near Wyrick Park. She was accepted into the Educational Opportunities Program at Marquette University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Welfare and Justice in 2015.

Some issues she is passionate about include investing in our youth, economic stability, and re-entry services. Shortly after graduating, she was employed by JusticePoint, a nonprofit organization promoting reforms to the criminal justice system and supporting people through their interactions with the justice system.

Dora is dedicated to serving the community uniting everyone in hope to rebuild and strengthen communities for the future.

Mayor Cavalier Johnson

About Mayor Johnson
Mayor Cavalier Johnson took office as Acting Mayor of the City of Milwaukee in late 2021, and he set out immediately to build a safer city. He has prioritized violence reduction, economic development, and roadway safety. Before taking on his role as Acting Mayor, Johnson served as Common Council President while representing the city’s 2nd Aldermanic District.

In April of 2022, Mayor Johnson was elected as the forty-fifth chief executive of the City of Milwaukee winning with more than seventy percent of the vote. He is the first Black Mayor elected in the city, and only the fourth elected mayor in the past sixty-two years.

Mayor Johnson’s commitment to public service began at an early age when he was selected by the YMCA to participate in a pre-college program for low-income Milwaukee Public School students. That program, Sponsor-A-Scholar, instilled in him a passion to make Milwaukee better for future generations.

Mayor Johnson was born on November 5th, 1986 in the 53206 zip code of Milwaukee. Growing up, his family moved frequently, and until middle school Mayor Johnson attended a different Milwaukee Public School almost every year. He has seen violence, evictions, food insecurity — challenges common in urban poverty. He brings that lived experience to his work as Mayor.

After graduating Bay View High School, Mayor Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and returned home to work for the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board (MAWIB), now Employ Milwaukee. His focus included working with at-risk youth, youth entering the workforce for the first time, and adults retooling to enter the workforce.

Before his election as Alderman, he served as a staff assistant in the Mayor’s Office, where he worked with community and faith leaders to find creative solutions to pressing issues facing families.

Mayor Johnson remains deeply committed to the community, having served on the boards of the Milwaukee YMCA, ACLU-Wisconsin and Milwaukee Community Brainstorming Conference.

He and his wife, Dominique, have one son and twin daughters and live in the Near West Side Neighborhood of Milwaukee.

County Executive David Crowley

Milwaukee County Executive

As a lifelong Milwaukee resident, County Executive David Crowley knows as well as anyone that Milwaukee County is truly a tale of two counties. He has lived the pain and struggle that many in our communities face every day, and he knows the joy of bringing people together to conquer those struggles. The fundamental tenet of Executive Crowley’s administration is to build bridges to bring people together, not walls that keep them apart.

Sworn into office in May of 2020, David became the youngest county executive in the history of Milwaukee County and the first Black leader elected to serve in the role. Since being sworn in, County Executive David Crowley led the implementation of the first county-wide strategic plan in 20 years, focusing the County on a vision of achieving racial equity and by doing so becoming the healthiest county in the state. Under his leadership, Milwaukee County has diversified positions at the cabinet department level as well as boards and commissions. In addition, he has also streamlined government to improve access and quality of services for residents.

Growing up in a working-class family in Milwaukee’s 53206 neighborhood, David was no stranger to hardship. As a child, David’s family moved frequently, often as a result of evictions. He lived in a home with multiple family members who suffered from mental illness and drug addiction, and saw first-hand the impact that these issues have on our community. This is personal to David.

David credits the Milwaukee youth organization Urban Underground for saving his life. He found a support network and a community of people that cared about him, and helped guide him to public service.

While still in high school, David served as a community justice coordinator with Urban Underground, giving him his start in community organizing. He joined AmeriCorps when he turned 18, and worked with several other community organizations including Project Return, Safe & Sound Inc., and COA Youth and Family Centers.

His passion for service and supporting community organization continued as an adult. David is a member of numerous community organizations including the ACLU, Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals and the Milwaukee NAACP. He attended Bay View High School, UW-Milwaukee, and currently lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Ericka, and his three young daughters.

County Executive Jonathan Delagrave

Racine County Executive

Jonathan Delagrave was elected County Executive of Racine County in April 2015 and re-elected in April 2019. He was born and raised in Racine County and has lived in the Racine area his entire life.

After graduating from Case High School, Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and earned his Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Jonathan began his career with Racine County government in 2003, and has held several positions in the Human Services Department, culminating in his appointment as Director in 2010.

As County Executive, his priorities are attracting economic development, developing our workforce, and expanding mental health services. Delagrave continues to forge partnerships between the state and local municipalities, the Racine County Economic Development Corporation, schools, technical colleges and universities, and private enterprise to ensure the success of the region for generations to come.

His vision is embodied in the Racine County Mission Statement:

Tracy Lutterman

As assistant director of construction management at Northwestern Mutual.

Tracy Lutterman oversees the building improvement portfolio, maintains the facility master plan and leads a team of project managers to execute the construction, all in support of NM’s 3.5 million square feet corporate home office facilities in Milwaukee, Franklin & New York.

She is currently leading the North Building Modernization project, which will dramatically update the NM Milwaukee campus and skyline.

Tracy joined Northwestern Mutual in May 2016 as manager – facility planning, where she was responsible for the management of that team. In 2017 she became AD of Workplace Solutions, expanding oversight of Architecture & Art, in 2019 expanded oversight of the Building Improvement Portfolio and Construction Management team and in November 2021, added Safety & Building Operations. She was named to her current position in June 2022.

During her tenure, Tracy oversaw the Tower & Commons furniture, lead a team to transform our facility management technology, and was design lead for the new NY campus .

Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, she spent 16 years in Corporate Facilities at SC Johnson and 5 years with a local Milwaukee General Contractor. Over her 25-year career, Tracy has led the historic preservation of the infamous Frank Lloyd Wright designed Johnson’s Wax buildings, managed the new construction of Fortaleza Hall with world-renowned Architect Foster & Partners, was instrumental to the restoration of Ten Chimneys and Wingspread, along with many other construction projects in the Milwaukee area and globally.

Tracy enjoys using her creativity to make things better and thrives on attention to detail. This includes anything like a renovation project, process improvement, team building, craft projects, cakes and more. Planning is in her DNA, as when she was 6, she asked her father who was building a shed, “Where’s your plan?”.

Tracy and her husband Eric are both transplants to Wisconsin (from Illinois & Minnesota respectively). They met at MSOE, where they both received a BS in Architectural Engineering. They love southeastern Wisconsin and live in Franksville with their daughter and son, dog and chickens. In her free time, Tracy enjoys arts & crafts, home décor/remodeling, gardening, home cooking, cake decorating and listening to her kids play music & sports.

Tracy is a co-lead of WE Hub (Workplace Evolutionaries - SE Wisconsin chapter), member of IFMA (International Facility Management Association), and serves as Board President for the Racine Symphony Orchestra.
